Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational skills to manage both individual and group caseloads effectively

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups, both in-person and via teletherapy
• Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, aides, families, and other related service professionals to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs
• Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Offer support and resources to families seeking guidance on communication development
