Step into an essential onsite role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple full-time opportunities are available across elementary, middle, and high school settings, all within a vibrant, collaborative educational community. This contract covers the entire school year, from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. Be the difference-maker as you transition speech services from virtual back to in-person, fostering meaningful connections and student progress.

What you’ll bring:

• Current Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong preference for SLP-CCC credentials and experience working in school-based settings
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
• Passion for serving diverse student populations, from elementary to high school
• Expertise in supporting communication, language, fluency, and social development
• Ability to thrive working onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students, individually and in groups
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans that address student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Document progress and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall success of the school-based team
