Position: Personal Care Assistant/ Certified Nursing Assistant
Schedule: Weekday, Part-Time, Minimum 15 Hours Per Week
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently looking for compassionate Personal Care Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals in need. As a PCA / CNA, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being in various settings such as emergency medicine, clinics, outpatient, inpatient, and hospital medicine.

Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Mobility Support: Transfers, walking, exercises
Meal Prep: Cook meals based on dietary needs
Medication Reminders
Light Housekeeping: Laundry, cleaning, bed changes
Companionship: Emotional support and social interaction
Transportation: Appointments, errands
Home Safety: Keep the environment safe and hazard-free
Communication: Keep clients, families, and providers informed
Training: Maintain required certifications

Required Documents (Must Be Valid/Current):

Driver's license
Social Security card
CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
CNA or PCA certification (if applicable)
TB test result (within 7 days if not current)
PCA online test result ($20 fee to obtain through the agency)
Background check (instructions will be provided)
