OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Bethesda, MD by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Deliver flatbed freight across the nation from our Bethesda, MD terminal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and transport cargo safely on flatbed trailers
- Navigate long-haul routes while adhering to schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
You’ll drive our modern fleet of 500+ trucks equipped with APUs, sleeper cabs, inverters, removable rider seats, and on-site maintenance.
