A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree alongside ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment. Required to maintain current certification for duration of employment.

Exceptional communication abilities and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with diverse healthcare professionals.

Able to utilize independent judgment and problem-solve effectively in fast-paced or demanding situations.
