MSW Social Worker: Mental Health & Shelter Support, Bronx

Acacia Network seeks a Regular Full-Time Social Worker in Bronx, NY to conduct psychosocial interviews and determine mental health status during admissions and treatment phases. You will coordinate mental health services, consult with counselors, and connect clients with appropriate referrals and resources. Requirements include an MSW, 2 years post-graduate social work experience, knowledge of DHS policies, and strong discretion.
