About This Role The Administrative Supervisor at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for overseeing hospital operations and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nursing professionals looking to take on leadership responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment. Highlights Location: Red Bank, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time What You’ll Do Oversee the operation and delivery of patient care in collaboration with department leaders and team members. Monitor and facilitate patient flow/throughput. Conduct regularly scheduled rounds on all areas of the hospital/nursing units to ensure safe and quality care is provided. Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Support the bedside clinician to meet the needs of the department as needed. Requirements Education: Associate's Degree in Applied Science required Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in critical care or emergency department At least two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Nursing License required BLS, ACLS, PALS, Telemetry Certification, and IV Certification required National certification preferred About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
