Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate (General Liability / Civil Defense) Our client, a well-established litigation firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Dallas-area office. This role focuses on general civil defense litigation , offering hands‑on responsibility and consistent case management experience. What You’ll Work On: Auto and transportation liability Premises liability and slip & fall claims Managing cases from inception through resolution Taking and defending depositions Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings Participating in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Reporting to insurance carriers and clients throughout the lifecycle of a case What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years of litigation experience (defense‑side preferred) Experience with general liability matters such as auto, transportation, and premises liability Ability to independently manage a caseload Strong writing and advocacy skills Experience billing in standard increments and working with carrier guidelines Deposition and case‑handling experience required Why This Role Stands Out: Opportunity to manage files and take ownership of cases Exposure to a variety of general liability matters Collaborative team environment with steady workflow Competitive compensation and benefits package, including bonus potential and standard health and retirement offerings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
