You will also participate in projects, troubleshooting, and proactive system administration to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.If you are passionate about cloud computing, want to grow into a manager, have a strong background in IT infrastructure, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we strongly encourage you to apply for this position.Hybrid Position – 2 to 3 days WFHSystem Administrator L3 – Managed Services Responsibilities:Manage and optimize VMware and Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure across multiple client environments.Configure, maintain, and secure enterprise firewalls (SonicWall, Palo Alto, Cisco).Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and related services.Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and provide end-user support.Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.Conduct network assessments and create documentation with solution recommendations.System Administrator L3 – Managed Services Requirements:MSP experience is required.Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.Proficient in configuring and maintaining firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, SonicWall).In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint).Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently.System Administrator L3 – Managed Services Benefits:Salary: $75,000 – $90,000Flexible hybrid schedule (onsite + partial WFH)Paid holidays and generous PTOHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceManagement-supported personalized success planPaid training & certifications (paid upfront)Collaborative and supportive team environment
