Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You will connect with patients primarily through virtual platforms but will also have the opportunity for in-person interactions when necessary. Our detox center environment is collaborative and supportive, where the LCSW will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including therapists, medical providers, and case managers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Some shifts may require evening and weekend hours to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical expertise to conduct independent psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for patients undergoing detox treatment.

• Collaborate with patients to create tailored, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to facilitate patient progress.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, primary care providers, and ancillary service providers, to deliver holistic and integrated treatment.

• Monitor treatment progress through systematic assessments, tracking responses in person and via virtual platforms.

• Support psychotropic medication management by working closely with medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effects, and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients in a detox setting, many of whom are seeking recovery from substance use disorders. These individuals often face significant psychological challenges, and as an LCSW, you will be instrumental in providing support, counseling, and crisis intervention to help them navigate their journey toward recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least 1 year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
