IT Technician

City National Bank and Trust Position: IT Technician Department: IT Status: Full Time Description End‑user support of IT hardware and software, including but not limited to workstations and workstation peripherals, servers, telecommunications hardware, surveillance equipment, printers, mobile devices, and audio‑video equipment. Responsibilities Provide timely technical support (remote and in‑person) while maintaining organization standards for customer service and professionalism Prioritize, document, and resolve support requests, enabling end‑users to accomplish business tasks Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues on IT equipment and contact external vendors to coordinate support as required Configure and deploy new IT hardware Install and upgrade software, including operating systems and applications Assist in maintaining strict information security controls Other job duties as required Qualifications IT‑related professional certifications a plus Must be able to work heights using a portable ladder Occasional travel required Occasional on‑call and holiday work required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent. 1‑3 years relevant experience or equivalent education in an IT‑related discipline Valid driver’s license Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this position.
