Position Summary

This Other Personal Services (OPS) position provides administrative and programmatic support to facilitate the operations related to client services.

The Work You Will Do  

Prepares, mails, and tracks notices to and from clients related to programs and services, including the managed care pilot program, home and community-based waivers, pre-enrollment, employment, and other programs.

Enters and maintains data in agency business systems related to client programs and services following established rules, statutes, and procedures. Provides technical assistance to regional staff and consumers. Performs quality assurance checks on program enrollment requests and other program data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Performs administrative and clerical duties related to programs and services for agency clients.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• At least 2 years of professional and verifiable experience with administrative tasks or providing support in an office environment OR A college degree can substitute for required years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Knowledge of:

• Use Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Ability to:

• Use APD business systems to carry out job duties.

• Enter data in a professional work setting.

Background Screening Requirement
