Details Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Requirements Active OH RN license or compact license in hand at time of consideration Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required NIHSS certification required Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, preferably within the last 3 years One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months No open background check cases or professional license hits accepted Additional Information Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients on the night shift ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with up to 2 attempts to achieve a passing score COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement, though this exemption is temporary Expected to work every other holiday Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate Permanent employees cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-739677.
