Details Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital environment Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7pm to 7:30am Contract options available for 13-18 week terms Locals accepted at the same bill rate Requirements Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of consideration Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, preferably within the last 3 years One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months Co-worker references will not be accepted No open background check cases accepted No hits on professional license accepted Additional Information Provide Med/Surg Telemetry nursing care to patients on the unit ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass PBDS assessment is waived COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement Expected to work every other holiday RTO must be discussed during the interview process Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date Travelers may extend with the client for up to 18 months, after which a 6 month break is required before returning to another assignment at the facility American Traveler Job ID P-747155.
