Job Details Assignment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse Job Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour nights Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Week: 36 Start Date: 09/25/2026 Setting: On-site hospital care Orientation: 16 hours Job Requirements Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Active NIHSS certification required One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the last 12 months Ability to complete required assessments during orientation Must be able to work the required night shift schedule Experience with telemetry nursing, adult med/surg patients, and acute care preferred Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and recognize changes in patient condition promptly Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards Assess, document, and communicate patient status throughout the shift using accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient outcomes Respond to patient needs, prioritize care, and maintain a calm, organized workflow in a hospital setting Support a positive patient experience through attentive bedside care, patient education, and clear communication Why Apply for This Travel Nursing Job?
