Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Coordinate across disciplines including MEP, civil, and structural scopes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage procurement and subcontractor buyout
• Maintain project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Oversee project financials: budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and change management
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, permits, and safety standards
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and stakeholders
• Manage project documentation:
• RFIs, submittals, logs, reporting, closeout
• Manage construction projects across water/wastewater infrastructure and/or MEP-driven commercial/industrial projects
• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Project Manager with experience in construction project delivery
• Background in MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and/or water/wastewater infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-discipline construction environments
• Experience in one or both areas:
  
  • Water / Wastewater Infrastructure: treatment plants, pump stations, tanks, utilities
  • MEP Construction: HVAC, electrical systems, piping, process/mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • Construction processes and sequencing
  • Project scheduling and coordination
  • Contract administration and compliance
  • Ability to manage project financials:
  • Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, change orders
• Proficiency with:
  
  • Procore (preferred)
  • Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• OSHA/safety certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
• English required
• Spanish preferred
• Experience managing WWTP/WTP, pump stations, utilities, and related infrastructure projects
• Interested in progressing into a Project Executive (PX) role and attracted to long-term growth opportunities

Work Environment

• Combination of office and construction site work
• Exposure to outdoor conditions
• Occasional lifting (30+ lbs)
• Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
• Daytime hours aligned with project teams
• ~50 hours/week
