Our client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Coordinator to serve as the central communication and administrative hub for their growing team in Decatur, TX. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, scheduling, administrative support, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities. The Office Coordinator will manage front office operations, coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, assist with customer communications, support scheduling and documentation processes, and provide basic accounting support. Following a comprehensive training period, the successful candidate will independently oversee daily office functions while contributing to a collaborative and customer focused team culture.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration , office coordination , or receptionist role
- Proficient using QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Hours : Monday- Friday 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM
