Qualification

Education and/or experience: Associate degree + 1 to 3 years in a leadership role or 2+ years related experience in the printing industry preferably in flexographic environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other skills and abilities: Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and direct a diverse work force. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude. Solid computer skills including Word and Excel. Strong visual color comprehension and math, ruler and analytical skills.
