Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and production systems to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities, experience working with industrial machinery, and a commitment to safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and production machinery.Troubleshoot equipment issues using blueprints, electrical schematics, manuals, engineering specifications, and precision measuring tools.Diagnose root causes of equipment failures through observation, testing, and diagnostic equipment.Remove, repair, and replace defective components using hand tools, hoists, cranes, and other maintenance equipment.Measure and verify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.Adjust, align, and calibrate mechanical and electrical components to maintain optimal performance.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues.Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs during shift handoffs.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.Required QualificationsStrong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.Experience with mechanical repair and preventive maintenance programs.Ability to operate, maintain, and repair industrial equipment.Understanding of safe maintenance practices and safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.Preferred QualificationsCertificate or diploma in an industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field.Experience in industrial maintenance, particularly corrective or breakdown maintenance.Familiarity with diagnostic and testing equipment, including:Volt-Ohm Meters (VOM)OscilloscopesIR Temperature ProbesMultimetersMeggersAmperage Clamp MetersExperience working with:AC/DC and Servo DrivesMotorsPLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces)Closed-Loop Control SystemsMechanical and machinist experience, including:Drills and GrindersPneumatic and Hydraulic SystemsValvesVacuum PumpsLubrication SystemsWhy Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting advanced data center operations.
