Qualifications Valid SLP license (CCC or CFY) or SLPA certificate with ASHA accreditation. Minimum of 2-3 years post-certification SLP experience in a school setting. Demonstrated expertise with diverse communication disorders. Comfortable supervising up to three SLPAs, each overseeing sizeable caseloads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver full-time in-person speech-language services. Oversee SLPA performance, guiding therapy, reporting, and data management. Administer and interpret special education eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluations). Participate actively in IEP meetings, present findings, and make informed recommendations. Write, revise, and update IEPs, ensuring compliance and student progress. Manage caseloads that may vary in size based on enrollment and student requirements.
