Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license
• Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Experience with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans and support students across diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress and academic achievement
• Document services delivered and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team activities, and ongoing professional development
• Consult with staff to fulfill the communication needs of students in classroom settings
