Bilingual Case Manager — Family Services & In-Home Support
The Help Group
The Help Group in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time Family Support Case Manager for the Partnerships for Families program. You will provide case management to at-risk families, linking them to housing, education, mental health, and social services, and collaborate with therapists on family-centered plans. Bilingual in Spanish is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and at least one year of experience with children and families are expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Help Group
