The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to supervise, evaluate, and direct care for residents in a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Chronically Ill in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include baseline assessments, care planning, medical orders management, and coordinating home health/hospice referrals.
