As a Zone Advanced Billing Consultant, you will lead the implementation of Zone Advanced Billing alongside NetSuite. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, document and design process flows and business requirements documents, configure the system, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation. This role requires expertise in Zone Advanced Billing and NetSuite , along with the ability to consult on best practices across all functions of the job. Who is successful at BPM Caring people who put others first Self-starters who embody the BPM entrepreneurial spirit Authentic individuals with a diverse point of view Lifelong learners with a drive to excel Resilient people who rise to the occasion Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering with clients to understand their business needs Document and design process flows and business requirements documents Configure the system to meet the client's needs Design and conduct user acceptance testing cases to validate the solution Facilitate and conduct data migration activities Consult on best practices across all functions of the job Leverage native functionality as well as design customizations as per the statements of work and customer requirements Walk through the designed solutions with clients and explain the customizations and functionalities implemented to meet their specific business needs Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of the project within agreed upon timelines Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers Requirements: 2-4 years of experience working with Zone Advanced Billing At least 2 years of experience implementing NetSuite Strong understanding of billing and revenue recognition processes Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and designing business requirements documents Knowledge of data migration best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States. Therefore, said candidates must be eligible to travel to the United States for client engagements \n $100,000-$175,000 per year The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.
