Rather than treating roofing as a one-time transaction, CRBG Colorado helps clients integrate roofing decisions into long-term strategies for capital protection, risk management, and organizational performance. Clients include healthcare systems, colleges and universities, commercial real estate organizations, insurers, manufacturers, and other institutions where roofing decisions have major financial and operational impact. Every engagement is customized so that the market is intentionally aligned around the client’s strategy, not the interests of a single provider. Role Description The Partnership Manager is a full time role responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships that support CRBG Colorado’s growth. This is a hybrid position with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential partners, nurturing relationships with existing partners, and coordinating joint initiatives that align with client strategies and roofing portfolios. The role involves managing partner accounts, ensuring clear communication around expectations and deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams to translate partner opportunities into client value. The Partnership Manager will also monitor partner performance, analyze partnership outcomes, and recommend improvements to strengthen the partner network and support long-term client success. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate partner performance, assess market opportunities, and support data-driven recommendations. Candidates should possess experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, including identifying, structuring, and maintaining long-term, value-focused partner relationships. Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee partner accounts, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, present strategic proposals, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Experience in B2B sales, commercial real estate, construction, or related industries. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize based on strategic impact. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
