Hours may vary based on customer needs, appointments, and scheduled site visits.
Compensation: $52,000 Base Salary + 3% Commission

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, competitive, and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and managing the sales process from the initial contact through project completion.

We manufacture and supply windscreens, netting, padding, and custom-printed products for athletic facilities, schools, cities, parks, contractors, and homeowners.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is hungry to succeed, organized, self-motivated, and willing to put in the work to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, athletic facilities, cities, parks, contractors, and commercial customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with athletic directors, coaches, facilities managers, contractors, estimators, and homeowners.
• Prospect for new customers through phone calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing for customers.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Manage projects from the initial sale through production, installation, and completion.
• Coordinate with internal production and installation teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Attend customer meetings, appointments, and scheduled site visits.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other business development opportunities.
• Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Sales, business development, account management, or related experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, competitive attitude, and determination to succeed.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and sales quotes.
• Computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Flexible to attend customer meetings, site visits, networking events, and occasional travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A proven track record of reliability, motivation, and follow-through is highly valued.
