Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed pre-session preparations, including reviewing client case notes and previous assessments to establish a strong foundation for therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans (ITP) tailored to each client’s specific needs and circumstances, using evidence-based practices to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized client records, both in written and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Coordinate integrative treatment approaches by collaborating with external agency professionals and support partners, enhancing holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in supervision sessions, seminars, and clinical meetings, enhancing both individual and team expertise.

• Research best practices and current trends in mental health counseling and psychology to inform treatment decisions and fulfill project assignments from supervisors.

• Support testing and reporting of psychometric assessments, working closely with treatment teams to interpret results and incorporate findings into therapeutic strategies.

• Actively participate in staff meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to the overall development of the mental health program.

• Contribute positively to the organization’s culture by engaging in professional discourse and providing mentorship to less experienced team members.

Qualifications\n
