Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, newly hired counselors will receive a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent. Full-time counselors also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to support their wellness needs. Payments are made via weekly direct deposits for convenience and security.
