Contracts Specialist

Position Overview for the Contracts Specialist :
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and use systems such as PeopleSoft Financials, Ivanti/Heat, Perceptive, Adobe Sign, and SharePoint. [Activities...technician_ | Excel]
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple financial, administrative, and operational workflows.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with financial documentation, reporting requirements, and vendor coordination.
- 2+ years of experience working with Contracts administrative duties
- Hands-on experience working directly with Purchase Orders, Contracts, or Grants
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office for financial documentation
- Experience working in City/State Government environment
