Position Overview for the Contracts Specialist :
Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and use systems such as PeopleSoft Financials, Ivanti/Heat, Perceptive, Adobe Sign, and SharePoint. [Activities...technician_ | Excel]
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple financial, administrative, and operational workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with financial documentation, reporting requirements, and vendor coordination.

Required Skills for the Contracts Specialist :

• 2+ years of experience working with Contracts administrative duties
• Hands-on experience working directly with Purchase Orders, Contracts, or Grants
• Prior experience working with Microsoft Office for financial documentation
• Experience working in City/State Government environment
