Finance Lead

The Opportunity Joining the Customer Experience Finance team to drive data‑driven forecasts and provide insights for Adobe Customer Solutions in the Americas. Responsible for financial planning, reporting, and reporting enhancements across a global organization. What You'll Do Drive quarterly/annual budget planning and support local annual operating plan development. Own quarter‑end financial reporting, explaining variances between actuals and forecasts. Prepare executive presentations; communicate business performance insights and forward‑looking outlook. Execute month/quarter close and forecasting activities. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for leadership. Collaborate with business, finance and operations leaders to improve reporting capabilities. What You Need To Succeed Positive, team‑oriented demeanor comfortable in a fluid environment. Self‑starter with inquisitive mind; provide recommendations through data retrieval, coordination of big data and analytical insights. Ownership to drive initiatives and curiosity to root‑cause issues. Proven record managing large‑scale planning processes with multiple business partners. High attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead, set objectives and drive results. Experience with SFDC, Anaplan, and TM1 preferred. Tableau, PowerBI and SQL a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred but not required. 7+ years of FP&A or related experience.
