Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person
- General clerical skills
Education:
- Associate
- High School Grad or Equiv
- or Graduate of a Technical School
Work Experience:
- 1+ of experience
- 1+ of position-related experience
- 1+ work experience
