What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll help keep commercial credit relationships running smoothly from disbursement through payoff. You’ll handle servicing tasks including processing payments, statements, and notices; balancing related general ledger accounts; preparing partial releases; coordinating payoffs and payoff statements (including incoming payoffs); supporting escrow tracking from analysis to closure; preparing satisfactions and paid files; partnering with tax and hazard insurance tracking vendors; maintaining complete digital and physical loan files; and reviewing daily reports to resolve prior-day exceptions.

Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of loan servicing experience (commercial servicing, payment processing, and/or banking)
- Working knowledge of commercial loans (partial releases, satisfactions, participation loans, payment processing)
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

A Typical Day

You’ll start your morning onsite in McFarland by checking the day’s system outputs and queue, then move through a steady rhythm of requests from lenders, customers, and third-party partners. Midday often brings coordination touchpoints—confirming details with tracking vendors, updating files, and communicating status updates so items keep moving without surprises. In the afternoon, you’ll wrap up follow-ups, document updates, and end-of-day checks so accounts are clean and ready for the next business day. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a consistent pace and clear handoffs.
