Loan Servicing Reporting Specialist

Overview Location: Dallas, TX (DAL) or Tulsa, OK (TUL). The role supports Mortgage Loan Servicing reporting and analytics within BOK Financial Corporation Group. This position focuses on creating and maintaining low to medium complexity reporting, acting as a liaison to ensure business requirements are understood and reports are accurate and timely. The team emphasizes customer focus, collaboration, and delivering meaningful insights from data sources including BlackKnight MSP. Responsibilities Initiate and design reporting for Loan Servicing functions including data from BlackKnight MSP, Escrow, Investor Accounting, Cash, and Default Mortgage loans. Ensure leadership receives operational, trend/risk, aging, and benchmarking reports from appropriate data sources. Monitor and support periodic OCC reporting requirements from BKFS and review Synergy reports with Loan Servicing leadership to ensure appropriate usage. Develop and maintain low to medium-complexity reports and analytics for Mortgage Loan Servicing. Collaborate with the servicing line of business to understand requirements, ensure accuracy, and deliver timely solutions; contribute to monthly reporting and ad-hoc requests. What You’ll Spend Your Time Stay up-to-date on Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other data-management/reporting tools. Partner with senior peers as the owner of content in the monthly KPI deck; coordinate data collection and reporting for the document. Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of related mortgage banking experience, or 5-7 years of related mortgage banking work experience. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships between the Line of Business and Operations Support. Analytical with good problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and precise. Ability to identify best practices and share knowledge across the team; strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with mortgage banking and investor guidelines (FHA, VA, FHLMC, FNMA, GNMA) and BOKF servicing policies/procedures. Proficient PC/software skills including spreadsheets, statistics tools, word processing, and report writers. Ability to perform medium-complexity data analysis and reporting using SQL, Power BI, Excel, VBA Macros, and BlackKnight (MSP) system. Working Conditions Office environment.
