Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The company operates in a complex, multi‑site, project‑based environment, supporting long‑cycle customer programs across international markets. Role Overview The FP&A Manager will act as a strategic FP&A business partner and lead global FP&A business intelligence (BI) reporting. Key Responsibilities – FP&A Business Partner Monitor and analyze global engineering costs, spending, and budget. Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance product‑level profit and loss (P&L) statements. Support and manage financial models for new business cases, capital investment decisions, and engineering initiatives. Lead the global engineering budgeting process, including the development of assumptions, identification of risks and opportunities, and coordination of forecast updates. Provide financial guidance, insight, and stewardship to the engineering leadership team. Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and FP&A teams to improve transparency into margin, cost structures, and business case economics. Key Responsibilities – Global BI / Power BI Lead – FP&A Own the design, development, and maintenance of global FP&A dashboards in Power BI. Consolidate reporting from multiple BUs into consistent, enterprise‑wide views. Collaborate with IT to define and manage data sources, automation, dashboard build‑out, user access, and refresh processes. Strengthen consistency in KPIs, definitions, and reporting formats across BUs. Drive the transition of FP&A reporting from manual, Excel‑based processes to scalable, standardized dashboards. Develop executive‑ready reporting views that provide clear, decision‑ready insights for senior leaders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
