Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Aesthetic and Wellness)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide advanced aesthetic and wellness services while serving as the clinical lead for the practice. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about cosmetic procedures, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of aesthetic and medical procedures, including:
Cosmetic injectables (Botox/Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers)
Fat reduction procedures
Hormone pellet therapy
Endovenous laser treatments
Image-guided joint injections
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients on treatment options, wellness programs, and elective services.
Diagnose and manage hormone imbalances and varicose vein conditions using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active and unrestricted North Carolina NP or PA-C license (DEA license preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of NP or PA experience.
Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, wellness, or a related specialty is preferred.
Experience performing cosmetic procedures and patient consultations is highly desirable.

Schedule

Full-time position.
Four-day workweek, including:
Two (2) 12-hour shifts each week.
Every Saturday.
Travel between clinic locations may be required.
