Picture your day starting at a spotless, well-organized workstation. You review the build schedule for premium stainless-steel ranges and ventilation systems, open engineering drawings, and step up to a DALEM Touch Screen Control. You create or refine a bending program, select the right punches and dies, and set your back gauges to achieve the perfect sequence. After a dry run and simulation, you form a first article, inspect every dimension and angle, and validate cosmetic standards before releasing production. Throughout the run, you adjust for spring-back, track documentation, label parts accurately, and collaborate with engineering when a smarter bend path or tooling choice can improve manufacturability. You end your shift the same way you started—tools in order, machine calibrated, paperwork complete, and parts ready for the next operation.

• Programming (DALEM): Build, edit, save, and organize part programs; optimize bend sequences; set back gauges; program bend allowances/deductions ; set ram depth; configure material thickness; select tooling in-control; run simulations; troubleshoot program errors; and improve cycle times without sacrificing quality.
• Setup: Install and align upper/lower tooling; verify tonnage needs; set zero points; confirm calibration; check hydraulic function; confirm material orientation; perform dry-run verification; and produce an approved first article.
• Production & Quality: Form stainless, aluminum, and mild steel within specified tolerances; verify bend angles and critical dimensions; handle cosmetic stainless with care to prevent scratches; maintain production documentation; label completed parts; and ensure parts are clean, accurate, and ready for downstream processes.
• Continuous Improvement & Communication: Determine bend sequences to minimize distortion; assist engineering with manufacturability; communicate issues promptly; and uphold 5S standards.
• Safety: Operate equipment safely, wear required PPE, maintain guards, report hazards, follow lockout/tagout, and keep the work area clean.

• Hands-on proficiency with the DALEM CNC Controller and DALEM software (required)
• Advanced CNC press brake programming and setup
• Precision sheet metal forming and stainless-steel fabrication
• Blueprint reading, mechanical drawings, and GD&T fundamentals
• Precision measurement using calipers, micrometers, height, angle, and radius gauges, tape measures, and digital protractors
• Strong math skills, spatial reasoning, independent work style, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail
• Comfort in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Metals: Stainless steel (preferred), aluminum, mild steel
Thickness range: 20ga, 18ga, 16ga, 14ga, 12ga, 10ga, 7ga, plate

• First-pass quality and programming accuracy
• Productivity, material utilization, and low scrap
• Machine uptime and on-time completion
• Safety compliance and workplace organization
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Required: 3+ years operating CNC press brakes; 3+ years programming CNC press brakes; DALEM software experience
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and complex drawings
• High independence and problem-solving capability

• Background in luxury products and custom fabrication
• Knowledge of lean and 5S
• Forklift certification and overhead crane experience (preferred)

• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, walking; manual dexterity for tooling and measurement
• Safely handle sheet metal; wear PPE throughout the workday

• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
• Wear required PPE and maintain machine guards
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures
