Shift Leader PositionShift Leaders contribute to the success of Coffee Action West by coaching the Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational standards and deliver great guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others to maintain an environment that promotes Coffee Action West's guiding principles.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform all responsibilities of restaurant Team MembersSupport the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and executionEnsure Dunkin' standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beveragesCommunicate shift priorities, goals and results to Team MembersCoach Team Members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedbackSupport the training of Team Members as neededCommunicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare him/her for shiftEnsure Food Safety standards are metManage Inventory throughout the shiftProvide great guest service and coaches team members to do the sameManage cash over/short during shift and ensures restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policiesRequired Skills and ExperienceWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedAbility to assist with trainingProblem solvingMotivating othersPrevious leadership experience preferred.Physical Demands / Working ConditionsStanding on feetRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20 lbs (if applicable)Wearing a headsetWorking in a small spaceCompany IntroductionFounded in 1950, Dunkin' is America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods.
