Assembler - 1st Shift

Assembler/PackersA leading manufacturing company in Georgetown is seeking dependable assembler/packers to join its 1st shift production team. This role is responsible for assembling products, inspecting quality, and packaging finished goods while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products and components according to work instructions.Package finished products for shipment.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.Read and follow written work instructions.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Perform other production duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.Ability to stand for the entire shift.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.Must be willing to work overtime when production demands require it.What We OfferWeekly payFull-time hoursOpportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experiencePotential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs
