Work Environment

This full-time position is based in our outpatient office in Santa Clarita, a vibrant city known for its commitment to health and wellness. Our facility is designed to promote an engaging rehabilitation experience, equipped with advanced tools and technologies to facilitate effective treatment. You will work closely with a supportive team in a collaborative environment, with a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans focusing on regaining mobility and improving functional outcomes.
• Maintain an optimal patient load by dedicating one hour to each individual, ensuring personalized interactions that cater to their needs.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver evidence-based treatment approaches that focus on rehabilitation and strength-building.
• Implement cost-effective measures to enhance patients' mobility while minimizing the dependence on medication and advocating for non-surgical alternatives.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Motivate patients through regular assessments and ongoing support to maximize their potential and encourage consistent progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, fostering interdisciplinary communication.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effects, monitor patient progress, and document all services provided thoroughly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You will play a critical role in making positive impacts on their rehabilitation journeys, helping them overcome physical limitations and improving their overall quality of life through tailored interventions.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of effective exercise regimens.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly with software such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required, candidates with additional training in specialized therapeutic techniques or experience working with specific patient demographics may be favored. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
