Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our modern outpatient office in Santa Clarita, where you will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans. You will work typical business hours of Monday through Friday, specifically from 2 PM to 8 PM, facilitating a balance between providing care and maintaining your work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitalize Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate therapeutic and functional status as well as patient needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that focus on specific rehabilitation goals and patient engagement.
• Providing skilled therapeutic care to patients, using evidence-based techniques to facilitate recovery and improve function.
• Instructing patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, usage of assistive devices, and home care strategies to ensure continuity of care outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritizing your caseload and coordinating with support staff to optimize clinical workflow and patient throughput.
• Documenting patient progress and modifying care plans as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care.

You will work with a varied patient population, including both adults and children, who are recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating after injuries. Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
