Work Environment

This role is onsite in our outpatient office located in the heart of Santa Clarita, California. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation tools to enable efficient and effective therapy. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing employees with a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and comprehend the specific goals and requirements of each patient to devise tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain an optimal patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused attention and high-quality care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to administer effective treatment methods aimed at improving patient mobility and functionality.
• Design and implement personalized exercise regimens that align with each patient's unique recovery goals.
• Explore and promote non-invasive treatment options to minimize reliance on medication and surgical interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, documenting patient progress accurately for ongoing assessment and adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Engage in continuous patient motivation and support throughout the rehabilitation process, encouraging adherence to the treatment plan.
• Promote a holistic approach to health by educating patients on the importance of strength, flexibility, balance, and lifestyle choices.
• Utilize EMR software such as WebPT for efficient documentation and patient management.

Qualifications

• Completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in California.
• No prior disciplinary actions or board actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills, demonstrating competency in hands-on treatment techniques.
• Experience in creating effective exercise plans tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to ensure accurate and streamlined documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
