Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that effectively address a variety of conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports injuries.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service, ensuring that all patient interactions contribute positively to their overall care experience.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to maximize patient outcomes through holistic and coordinated care approaches.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training that align with the physician's plan of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their families or caregivers, ensuring they understand their therapy and recovery process.
• Meet minimum utilization goals while contributing to the clinic's operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy to practice in California.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and word processing.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based incentives.
