Executive Administrative Assistant

TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global, growing private equity firm to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Partner and additional members of the Investment team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing an ever-changing calendar and scheduling client and team meetings. Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Acting as the primary point of contact between the Partner and internal and external stakeholders, managing emails and phone calls with professionalism and discretion. Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Handling expense reports, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation. Coordinating team events and off-sites, and assisting with office-wide events. Assisting with ad-hoc projects. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative position. Prior experience working in finance or tech required. Prior experience supporting an investment team highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong "can-do" attitude. Position pays a base range of $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
