This position plays an important role in supporting daily service operations, including coordinating service requests, communicating with customers, and providing administrative and back-office support. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage email inbox, responding to and routing incoming service requests.
• Provide administrative support and assist with service coordination activities.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service.
• Order parts and supplies and track order status.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Process light billing, invoicing, and related documentation.
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and service records.
• Follow up on service requests and ensure timely communication between customers and technicians.
• Assist with general office and back-office support functions as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a service coordination, administrative support, customer service, or office support role.
• Strong SAP experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working with spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
