IT Support Engineer

Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer for one of our financial clients. This candidate will provide onsite and remote support for U.S.-based end u , including executives, traders, and managers, while assisting with a large BlackBerry-to-Intune migration. This candidate with handle software support, break/fix issues, monitor setup, cabling, and white-glove desktop support, while collaborating with the Tech Support, Client Deployment, and Trading Support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of strong executive-facing IT support experience with polished communication and white-glove customer service.
Ability to independently own projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Experience supporting large-scale Windows 10/11 deployments, migrations, or refreshes.
MSP background with proven success managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong technical support skills including software troubleshooting, ServiceNow ticketing, and onsite/end-user support within a Windows environment.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hedge fund or financial services experience.
Intune/mobile device migration experience, particularly iPhone deployments and profile migrations.
Experience leveraging AI tools in daily workflows and problem-solving.
