The ideal candidate will have experience producing precision components, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsSet up and operate Swiss CNC machinesPerform routine machine adjustments and tool changesMonitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiencyInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications:2+ years of experience operating Swiss CNC machinesStrong understanding of CNC programming; G-code knowledge preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPreferred Skills:Experience with multi-axis Swiss machines (Citizen, Tsugami)Experience machining a variety of materials including stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and aluminumFamiliarity with high-precision, tight-tolerance manufacturing environmentsProgramming experience is a plus
