Role Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Investment Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our advisors and ensuring smooth operations for our clients' accounts. Key Responsibilities Process new accounts and client requests, ensuring all documentation is complete and approved. Facilitate various money movements including ACATs, Wires, ACHs, Journals, and Check Requests. Review daily activity and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy. Assist in client meetings as needed, providing support and expertise. Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts, policies, and procedures. Manage the client experience, providing proactive communication throughout the onboarding process. Participate in special projects related to investment research and tax mitigation strategies. Contribute to the team's thought leadership through research and content creation. Participate in client education initiatives and seminars. Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional efficiencies.
