Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney — Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Brock & Gonzales is one of California's leading plaintiffs' firms, representing employees and individuals in employment, serious personal injury, and civil rights litigation. We’re looking for an Associate Attorney to join our plaintiff-side employment litigation team. You will work on significant cases, learn directly from experienced trial lawyers, and be part of a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys practicing law together. Our practice includes wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and other complex employment matters. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery Take and defend depositions Appear at hearings, mediations, and case management conferences Manage discovery and client communications Develop litigation strategy with partners Prepare cases for arbitration and trial Handle complex employment litigation from intake through resolution Qualifications Active California Bar license 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred Excellent legal writing and analytical skills Strong organizational and case management abilities Employment litigation experience preferred, but not required A collaborative attitude and desire to become an exceptional trial lawyer Compensation & Benefits $135,000–$175,000, depending on experience Performance-based bonuses and case incentives 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid bar dues, MCLE, and professional memberships 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for rapid professional growth and advancement Location Los Angeles, California #J-18808-Ljbffr
