We are currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our Pratt office and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. 

What You'll Be Doing  

As our Office Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, balancing multiple priorities, and providing outstanding customer service. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Answering phones and providing friendly, professional customer service. 
• Greeting customers and assisting with general office inquiries. 
• Managing state licenses and local permits. 
• Navigating state websites to ensure roofing compliance requirements are met. 
• Maintaining organized office systems, files, and records. 
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative and office support tasks. 
• Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as needed. 

What We're Looking For  

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent service. 

Preferred qualifications include: 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Friendly, professional communication and customer service abilities. 
• Confidence navigating online systems and government websites. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Microsoft Office. 
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. 
• Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
